TUMBLING TOTS 18-36 MTHS 45 MIN

This exciting 45 minute class is for your toddler and you: Mommy, Daddy, Babysitter, etc. You and your child will participate in innovative, fun-filled obstacle courses that teach the basic gymnastics elements - swinging, climbing, running, jumping, and other motor development activities. Many props including balls, hoops, and ribbons may be used as well as trampolines and our giant foam pit to enhance your toddler's coordination and enjoyment.

SHINING STARS 3-4 YRS 45 MIN CLASSES

This class is designed for the active preschooler. Your "shining star" will begin to learn basic gymnastics skills on the balance beam, bars, vault and floor. Your child will enjoy our trampolines and giant foam pit as part of their skill development. This class offers much attention and praise as your child is safely led through mountains and mazes of exciting activities to begin his/her gymnastics experience

SHINING STARS ADVANCED 3-4 YRS 45 MIN

This class is for the preschoolers who show excellence in coordination, listening skills and a love of gymnastics. These gymnasts practice the four Olympic gymnastics events - vault, bars, beam and floor exercise as well as develop skills using our Tumble Trak, trampoline and giant foam pit. **Important This class is by invitation only - please do not register your child for this class without an instructor recommendation or private evaluation. You may schedule a private evaluation with the front desk.

RISING STARS 5-6 YRS 60 MIN

This class offers your child an exciting time to practice all four Olympic events as well as training on our Tumble Trak, trampoline and giant foam pit. Your Rising Star will have a blast improving their strength, flexibility, confidence and self-esteem through the practice of gymnastics.

RISINGSTARS ADVANCED 5-6 YRS 60 MIN

This 60 minute class allows your Gym Star an opportunity to learn and develop her gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, and her self-esteem. Teacher recommendation is required for registration for Advanced classes.

BRIGHT STARS 7-9 YRS 60 MIN

This class offers your child an exciting time to practice all four Olympic events as well as training on our Tumble Trak, trampoline and giant foam pit. Bright Star will have a blast improving their strength, flexibility, confidence and self-esteem through the practice of gymnastics.

BRIGHT STARS 7-9 YRS 60 MIN

This 60 minute class allows your Bright Star an opportunity to learn and develop her gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, and her self-esteem. Teacher recommendation is required for registration for Advanced classes.

SHOOTING STARS 10 & UP YRS 60 MIN

Just like our Shooting Stars class, but for older gymnast, this class offers your child an exciting time to practice all four Olympic events as well as training on our Tumble Trak, trampoline and giant foam pit. Your Gym Star will have a blast improving their strength, flexibility, confidence and self-esteem through the practice of gymnastics.

SHOOTING STARS ADVANCED 10 & UP YRS 60 MIN

This 60 mintue class allows your Shooting Star an opportunity to learn and develop her gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, and her self-esteem. Teacher recommendation is required for registration in Advanced classes.

ROCK STARS BOYS 4-7 AND 8 & UP YRS 60 MIN

Our fantastic boys program offers a time for our boys to jump, run, tumble and flip. These highly energetic classes are designed for active students to learn basic gymnastics skills, trampoline skills, use of our giant foam pit, and boys basic events. Your boys will have a blast as they bounce off our walls and not yours!
